Balanced Asset Solutions is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by the client.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees are defined in your proposal, engagement letter, or service agreement
Payment terms will be outlined in your agreement
Late payments may result in service suspension
Outstanding balances may be subject to collection procedures

Project-based services and recurring services are governed by the pricing agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the engagement agreement
Work performed up to the termination date remains billable
Certain compliance or tax deadlines may still require client cooperation following termination

5. Text Message Communications

Actions taken by third parties based on your authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, proprietary processes, automation systems, templates, and materials created by Balanced Asset Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client financial data and records remain the property of the client.

9. Confidentiality

Balanced Asset Solutions maintains strict confidentiality regarding client financial information and business data, subject to legal or regulatory requirements.
